The Yard

We've been working really hard on our yard the past couple of days. We rented a miniature tractor, which Opa calls 'wimpy', but it still works. We've started our trampoline pit and it's almost finished. We also have topsoil that we are spreading throughout the yard because it is so rocky! The first picture is a view from the back patio, the second is our flowerbed in front, and the third is from the end of the driveway, looking up to the house.

Opa found a really neat chair! He was kind of supervising when my dad was in the tractor, so when he wasn't needed, he just kicked back and relaxed!

The kids really liked playing in the dirt piles. It kept them busy for hours, and we had the whole neighborhood over here. But when they came inside, even after mom told them four times, the 'forgot' to take their shoes off. So, since nobody is inside to clean up, our kitchen floor has dirt everywhere!

They also really liked the tractor. It was a lot of fun when dad took them on rides!
