Trick-or-Treating was tons of fun! Nathan said that he walked so much his legs were sore today! Mom, Dad, Zoee, and I were all hippies. It was so funny. We took Zoee trick-or-treating in her tie dyed shirt - it was adorable. I think there was only one house we went to where they didn't comment on her! Nathan was a football player, Caleb was spiderman, and Morgen was Miss America. We found her fancy dress at DI for like 4 bucks!
Our old neighbors set up their garage like a Haunted House. It was awesome! Morgen wouldn't go all the way through, but Nathan and Caleb went through about ten times. There was a guy dressed up as some spooky thing (he was supposed to look fake, I think) and he handed out candy right before you get out of the Haunted House. Well, Nathan thought he was fake until the guy slowly reached out and put candy in his bag. Morgen goes, "Nate! That is so real! Look I can see the skin on his wrist!" She leaned over and was about a foot away from the guy, pointing to his hand. He made some sudden movement and she screamed so loud! I was rolling on the floor because I was laughing so hard!
We went over to Kayley's driveway for doughnuts and hot chocolate before trick or treating. As if we weren't already going to be having enough sugar!
I was trying to take a bunch of pictures of Zoee in her halloween costume. Her water bowl was outside for some reason, and she made a game of picking it up and making me chase her for it. The first time she got it, she carried it clear from the patio to the trampoline without spilling a drop. Then she turned to look at me and splashed it all over herself! She wasn't really sure what to think!
